Welcome to the website of the Vorau Choir!
We are a mixed choir and sing four-part hormonies of the wide variety of styles: madrigals, modern sacred songs, Alpine and European folk songs as well as contemporary catchy tunes and other musical pieses are part of our repertoire.
Our choir is a kind of musical instrument consisting of about 30 people of both sexes and of different ages. Making this instrument sound requires harmony and community spirit.
Our rehearsals are usually on Fridays at 19:30 in the lecture room on the ground floor of the Music school in Vorau.
